Da Hong Pao
This cliff tea is a good staple for every tea lover. It is oxidized and roasted. Giving it almost a red tea feeling. Very calming and a lightly roasted taste. This tea is probably not from within the Wu Yi reserve, otherwise it would be very expensive. But the taste and price make it a nice start to getting into cliff tea.

Cliff tea should be brewed gong fu. However this is an affordable cliff tea so it is nice to try if it can be brewed other way. This tea leaves in a bowl is very nice!
