Brewing tips:

Elevation is the perfect tea for leaves in a bowl brewing. The leaves are large and sink to the bottom of the bowl fast. Add a dozen or so leaves to your bowl, add water and enjoy! As with every tea, you can experiment with using less or more leaves depending on the weather, mood, time of day etc.
