This red tea is made from the purple "zi cha" varietal. Normally this is the varietal they would make Moonlight white from(a famous white tea). This time they allowed it to wilt much longer to make it more into a red tea. The result is a very sweet aromatic red tea that tastes alot like moonlight white but with more body.

These leaves are very fluffy. While you can make it gong fu it might require a bit of stuffing into your favorite pot.
