This Taiwanese oolong is of medium roast and medium oxidation. Making it have some body but remaining fragrant. This tea has recieved a traditional charcoal roast as opposed to an electric oven.
This tea tastes fresh and is (obviously) uplifting!

Brewing tips:
Because the leaves are rolled into little balls. It is lovely to put a couple of them in a bowl and watch them unfurl. But this tea really loves to be brewed gong fu.
